Website visitors (no account)
If you use our website without creating an account, we collect only anonymised analytics data via Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. No consent banner is required.
Tool inputs for anonymous users are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
Registered users
If you create a LandedLife account, we collect:
- Email address (for authentication and communication)
- Name (optional, for personalisation)
- Tool inputs and results (saved to your dashboard)
- Subscription status and payment metadata
Contact form submissions
If you contact us via our website form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is processed via our automation platform and stored securely.
How we use your data

Our marketing website (landedlife.com) does not set any cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookie-free by design.
Our app (app.landedlife.com) uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. These do not require consent under GDPR as they are essential for the service to function.

Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
